Additionally, no adsorbents or permeable membranes are required. Permeable membranes absorb even the necessary components of cutting oil. The drive system uses only air, eliminating concerns about fire hazards. Furthermore, since it operates solely on a diaphragm without using a motor, there is no worry about restarting due to air ingestion. Safety standards comply with international regulations. The operation is solely controlled by an air valve switch. Since it operates entirely on air without using electricity, it can be safely used continuously even during holidays. The work involves only regular sludge collection (removing it from the filter cloth) and the removal of separated oil. Essentially, it is maintenance-free.
